Raw materials for implementation:


600g Beef Rib
Complete Barona Sauce - Braised Beef Stew
1 Carrot
2 potatoes
Water, 20ml tapioca juice, 30ml white wine
30G Minced lemongrass, 40g ginger, 30g minced garlic
Boiled beef broth 800ml

Perform:


Step 1:

Boil filtered water with 30ml of white wine and some slices of fresh ginger; Then, add 600g beef tendon and boiled for 5 minutes

Step 2:

Step 3:

After 45 minutes, add the carrots and potatoes and simmer until soft
